Privacy

SK Infotech, India, West Bengal, runs this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Enquiry forms

If you send a form, we receive your name, email, phone if given, and the message. We use that only to reply about the work. Enquiries are stored on our server and emailed to the studio inbox. We do not sell contact lists and do not add you to a newsletter.

Visit statistics

To learn which pages are useful, the site counts page views on our own server: the page address, how long it was open, how far it was scrolled, the referring website or campaign, device type, browser, screen size, language and an approximate location (city and country) worked out from your internet address. Your internet address itself is not kept in these statistics. Before you choose, a visit is counted anonymously for that browser tab only.

If you press Accept on the cookie notice, we also store a random visitor code in your browser so repeat visits can be recognised, and we record clicks on buttons and links, which parts of a page were seen, and use of the enquiry form, so we can improve the layout. If you sent an enquiry, it may be linked to that visit. We never record what you type into forms, other than the enquiry you choose to send.

If you press Decline, only the anonymous count is kept. You can change your choice any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Cookies and similar storage

  • Session cookie — needed so the enquiry form can check it was sent from this browser. Removed when you close the browser.
  • Consent choice — remembers whether you accepted or declined.
  • Visitor and visit codes — random codes for the statistics above, only after you accept.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — if the studio turns them on, they load only after you accept, and follow Google's and Microsoft's own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Visit statistics are deleted automatically after about 12 months. Enquiries are kept while we are discussing or doing the work, and deleted on request.

To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to [email protected] or call +91 96796 84978. We reply within 30 days.
