This website describes the studio. A project starts only when both sides agree a written scope and fee. Starting prices on the pricing page are guides, not offers.

Unless a contract says otherwise: you own the finished site and content you supplied; we retain the right to show the public work in our portfolio; third-party licences (fonts, plugins, stock) stay under their own terms.

We are not liable for losses from hosting downtime, unpaid plugin renewals, or changes made by someone after handover, except as Indian law requires. Advice on this site is general.

Indian law governs studio engagements. India / Kolkata courts have jurisdiction if a dispute cannot be settled directly.
