WordPress is right when
Someone on your side will change pages, add a service, or post a notice. Training is short. Plugins exist for the boring jobs. We still build a theme you can understand — not a pile of page-builder sections that collapse when a PHP version changes.
Custom PHP or Laravel is right when
The product is a workflow: roles, records, status, reports. Forcing that into WordPress makes a plugin salad. A small Laravel app with a clear admin is cheaper over two years.
What we refuse
We will not put a company brochure on a custom framework just to sound senior. We will not put an operations tool on twenty plugins just because WordPress is familiar. The quote names the choice and why.
