PHP / WordPress Developer
Build and maintain client websites in WordPress and custom PHP — themes, forms, speed and live server work.
Role details
What you will do
- Build WordPress themes and custom PHP pages from approved designs
- Fix bugs, improve page speed and keep client sites updated
- Set up domains, hosting, SSL and business email for launches
- Write clear notes so clients and teammates can follow your work
What we look for
- Good HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- Built at least two WordPress sites you can show
- Basic MySQL and comfort with cPanel or a similar host panel
- Bengali and Hindi or English for client calls

UI / Web Designer
Design clean, mobile-first websites and landing pages in Figma that developers can build without guessing.
Role details
What you will do
- Design website pages and landing pages in Figma
- Prepare mobile, tablet and desktop layouts
- Pick and edit photos, icons and simple graphics
What we look for
- A portfolio of web or app screens (Behance, Dribbble or PDF)
- Comfortable in Figma; basic Photoshop or Canva
- Understands spacing, type and how a page is built in HTML

Digital Marketing / SEO Intern
Help local businesses get found on Google — Search Console, Google Business Profile, on-page SEO and simple reports.

What you will do
- Update Google Business Profiles and local listings
- Do keyword research and on-page SEO checks
- Prepare simple monthly reports for clients

- Interest in SEO and Google tools
- Clear written English
- Own laptop and stable internet
